Tilley's Furniture
In 1971 Len and Barb Tilley had a garage sale. Surprised with the result, they
repeated their efforts and before long Tilley's Treasure Trove was established.
To keep up with the demand, Len sourced second-hand furniture from Adelaide on
a weekly basis and also introduced some new furniture.
The store has grown from a concrete floor warehouse style store of 150 sqm to
a show room today of 1900 sqm. Moving into the new premises Tilley's Treasure
Trove also took on a name change to Tilley's Furniture.
Tilley's move out of second hand Furniture has made room for a larger range of
leather lounge suites, hardwood furniture and the highest quality plush sofas.
All of this, and more, carefully selected by management from local and overseas
manufacturers. With the advantage of bulk warehousing and bigger buying power,
Tilley's can pass on better prices to you, the customer.
Tilley's is now managed by Len's son Cameron. Cameron and staff are always happy
to discuss your furniture needs, being aware of what would most aptly suit your
ideas and plans of furnishings. They are pleased to be able to provide a personalised,
friendly service, with ongoing support.
Easily accessible in the Mildura City Heart Shopping district, Tilley's offers
